Silicone Bracelets with Studs

Silicone Bracelets with Studs

This is our second post of Bond Touch DIY where we give you some tips and ideas to help you create your own Bond Touch bracelets!

The silicon bracelets are some of us Bond Touch crews’ favorite - it’s got a super simple and sleek style, a great variety of colors to choose from, very low budgeted - and best of all, they are extremely easy to make!

We will show you how to make a silicone bracelet with materials you already have at hand - studs and punch tool that came in the box.

Time: < 10 min

  • 1x Silicon bracelet $0.6 ($7.65 for 12)  Link
  • 1x Scissor
  • Punch tool (came in Bond Touch package)
  • Studs (came in Bond Touch package)

Or, you can try out some different styles: Link

Total cost: $0.6

Step 1: Cut the bracelet

Cut your bracelet anywhere you’d like. If you have a smaller wrist or want a tighter fit, fit it around your wrist and cut some more out. Shape the ends to your liking.

Step 2: Punch a hole, then screw the stud in

Use the punch tool to make a hole on one end of the bracelet. Screw the stud in like you did with our leather bracelet.

Step 3: Punch another hole, to fit through the stud

Punch a hole on the other end of the bracelet. Note that since the silicon is much more elastic than leather, the hole doesn’t have to be big.

Step 4: Slide your Bond in

Slide your Bond in - put it on your wrist - close the bracelet.

And you’re done! You have a simple style, easy on-and-off bracelet. Customize it any way to fit your style - single color, neon, swirls, glow-in-the-dark bracelets - and brass - copper - or your choice of closure studs!

Have some fun with some vastly different studs:
